Our Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

To ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers, we do not resell any items that have left our location. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for any products purchased through our website.
It is important to note that we do not manufacture the products we offer; we simply pick, pack, and deliver them to you. We thoroughly inspect and test all products before delivery to ensure they are in good working condition and as described on our website. In the event that you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. To ensure the defective nature of the product, you must send a video of the defective item to our customer service team. If the product is found to be defective based on the video evidence provided, we will have you ship the item back to our warehouse, and we will send a replacement product to you at no additional cost. If your item stops working, please check if there is a manufacturer warranty and contact them before sending the item back to us.
If, however, the item is not defective and determined to be user error or otherwise, then you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.
We kindly request that upon the delivery of your item, you meet our friendly driver at their vehicle. For safety reasons, we are unable to leave packages at your door, especially for apartments and hotels. We utilize the convenient services of Uber for most of our deliveries, and their policy is to meet the driver at their vehicle as well. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and secure delivery process.
In the event that you are unable to meet the driver, we will need to return your item to our facility, and a $50.00 fee will be applied to cover the additional delivery attempt. We strive to provide top-notch service and avoid any inconvenience to our valued customers.
We appreciate your understanding and support of our no-refund final sale policy. As a gesture of goodwill, we will provide you with coupon codes to use on your next purchase.
Please note that our no-refund final sale policy includes, but is not limited to, the following items:
