Yes. There’s a minimum order of $69.00 before tax for both delivery and pickup.

For houses, if you insist on a no-contact drop (leave at door / porch), you can request it in your text during confirmation. In that case:

  • Once it’s dropped, HotMe.ca isn’t responsible if it goes missing or gets delivered to the wrong address.

For apartments, condos, and hotels, security and building rules usually mean:

  • Drivers can’t come up to your unit

Delivery hours (GTA 1-hour delivery):

  • We normally deliver from 11:00 AM until around 3:00 AM, seven days a week.
  • We stop processing new delivery orders at 2:30 AM.
  • Orders placed after that will be moved to the next day.

Pickup hours (North York location):

  • Pickup is available from 11:00 AM until around 1:30 AM.
  • You still need to place your order online first, then choose Pickup at checkout.
  • We’ll text you when your order is ready and tell you exactly when to meet us at our North York location.

If it’s getting close to 2:30 AM for delivery or 1:30 AM for pickup and you’re not sure if there’s still time, just hop on the chat and ask — we’ll tell you what’s possible that night.

Our hours can be sporadic — sometimes we’re closed, sometimes we open late, or close early. The best way to know is to check the notice at the top of our website before ordering.   • At checkout, choose Pickup to get the 20% discount and avoid any delivery fee from us.
  • Then they send their own Uber / taxi / friend / ride-share to our location to grab the order.

Payment & Privacy

Most of our 1-hour deliveries are completed through Uber, so for delivery orders we request Interac e-Transfer as payment. It’s fast, safe, and the quickest way to get your HotMe goodies in your hands. For long-distance deliveries, e-transfer also keeps everything smooth and simple.

Is my e-transfer safe?

When can I pay cash, debit, or credit?

If we have a HotMe driver available (not Uber), you can:
