🚚 1-Hour Delivery in Toronto and the GTA

• 1hr Delivery is available from 11 AM – 3 AM, 7 days a week.

• Daytime deliveries may take a little longer due to traffic congestion.

• 💋 We deliver until 3:00 AM, but last call for new orders is 2:30 AM.

• Minimum purchase is $69.00

🕒 Delivery Fees

You’re not seeing a delivery fee at checkout — and that’s on purpose. We don’t use a one-size-fits-all delivery fee. The delivery fee is calculated after your order is placed. We calculate your delivery fee based on:

• how far you are from our HotMe.ca home base
• your order subtotal (A little more in your cart will mean less on delivery.)

Once it’s calculated, we text you your new total with delivery fees. If the new total doesn’t work for you, you’re free to cancel.

Note: We don’t make money on delivery. We cover around one-third of the delivery cost on our side to help keep your fee affordable, even though one-hour delivery is much more expensive than regular shipping. We do our best to keep it fair and reasonable.

🙌 Your Part in 1-Hour Delivery

One-hour delivery is live and real-time, and you’re an important part of the delivery process. To keep things fast, smooth, and discreet, we need a little teamwork from you:

• Keep your phone close – after you place your order, we’ll text you updates and next-step instructions.

• Reply quickly – fast responses help us keep your delivery on time.

• Be ready to meet the driver – please meet them at their vehicle. For courier deliveries completed through Uber, their policy is to meet the driver at their vehicle.

For late-night deliveries, our drivers won’t be knocking on doors. In apartments and hotels, security usually won’t let us come up to your unit (trust us, we’ve tried!).

If you ask us to leave the package without face-to-face delivery, HotMe.ca cannot be responsible for your goodies once they’re left behind.

When your order is dispatched, we send you a live tracking link and a unique PIN code for your delivery. You’ll be able to see when the driver is getting close, and it’s your responsibility to be ready and reachable when they arrive.

If the driver can’t reach you and has to return your order, it may be brought back to our location and a second delivery with a new delivery fee may be required.

• All orders are packaged with complete discretion. No logos or labels appear on the outside—your privacy is always guaranteed.

💳 Payment Method.

• At HotMe.ca, most deliveries are completed through Uber, so we request e-transfer as payment. It’s fast, safe, and the quickest way to get your HotMe goodies in your hands! 😏 If your location is considered a long-distance delivery, an e-transfer keeps everything smooth and simple.

🔒 Your e-transfers are always safe.

• We get it — nobody wants to get ripped off. HotMe.ca is a real Toronto business, featured on CBC’s Dragon’s Den, with real local people and real GTA deliveries. Your e-transfer just needs to arrive before we send your order — fast, safe, and trusted.

When we do have a HOTME driver available, you can pay right at the door with cash, debit, or credit. Our drivers carry secure wireless card readers for your convenience.

You’ll receive a text message confirming your payment and delivery options after your order is placed — easy peasy! 😉

💵 Prefer cash only?

• If you really need to pay with cash, just let us know we have a little secret way to make it happen. (We’ll guide you through it — it always works!)

🛍️ Curbside Pickup

Want to pick up instead? Choose pickup at checkout and save 20% when you come to our location. We accept cash, debit, or credit at pickup. Please place your order first, and we’ll notify you when it’s ready.
