🛑 Delivery Policy

Please meet the driver at their vehicle when your order arrives.
Late-night deliveries: Drivers won’t knock on doors—apartment security is strict, and hotels won’t let us sneak to your room (we’ve tried!).
If you cannot meet the driver, or request the package be left without face-to-face delivery, HotMe.ca cannot be held responsible for your goodies.
Skipping face-to-face delivery is like sending your treasures on their own little adventure—logic says: meet the driver!
If you don’t respond when the driver arrives, items may be returned for a second delivery attempt ($50+++ fee applies).
