In extra soft vegan leather, the deep black band circles the neck of a playmate, securing in place using simple velcro. Adjust the sizing at any point during play by simply re-positioning the velcro. A huge silvery ring can be positioned upwards or down, ready to be connected with a favorite leash, cuffs or other favorite gear.
